Mrs. Macrae had a farm....(cont.)

Do you think my tractor is sexy?

I need one of these!!!

Baa, Baa Black Sheep

I was never any good at this race, but Braiden was.

I am writing this post outside in the sunshine, YEAH!!! You have got to love lap tops.

Yesterday was farm day for Braidens preschool. I have to laugh now because yesterday was one of those days were "murphys law" was in full force. Here is a brief run down of the days events;
poop (Trevor, not fun),
Audrey takes big fall,
Braiden wouldn't wake up,
walking out the door to get informed that NOW we are hungry,
forgetting the snack for Braidens school,
tripping and falling,
being late to get to the "Farm",
when I got there, we had to park almost at the end of the long lane (this wasn't really that big of a deal I don't mind walking under most circumstances, this wasn't one of them),
finally arriving at the "Farm" to realize I forgot the snack again in the car,
walking to the car and back and then realizing I forgot the camera,
fun at the "Farm",
going to the grocery store with three crabby kids,
Audrey thinking sleep is overrated,
and then cooking all afternoon for friends and family (with my new shadow, Audrey).
When you have these days all you can really do to get through them is tell yourself "I am so blessed to be able to have kids to stress me out because some people don't get this opportunity". I love being a Mom, there are days were you question your birth control decisions, but I wouldn't have done it any different. You may have bad days, but when you have one GOOD day were they make everything worth it, you forget the bad ones.
Anyways, enough ranting about kids, we had a BLAST at "farm day". Mrs. Macrae out did herself yet again, we had pony rides, farm games, a petting zoo, giant bouncy house, planting flowers to take home, face painting. Braidens was so tired when he got home, it was all he could do to get through lunch.
We only have two more days of school before summer, how sad. Braiden has grown so much in the last year, he is recognizing letters, shapes, numbers, and his drawing has improved. He is coloring inside the lines and he is using his imagination to free draw. We are so proud of him.

He's a Whopper...

Brilee, Martin, and Kyle welcomed Samuel Cruz into the world Thursday May 8th at 6:45 p.m. This is a special day for the Tutor house already being that it is my parents wedding anniversary.
He was a big boy weighing in at 9lbs. 14oz. and 20 1/2 inches long. Brilee was a champion, she pushed out almost a 10lb. baby without any drugs (she might be my new hero!) He is doing everything that he should be doing, he is a little piggy and she said so far he is sleeping really well (I hope the best, with babies it could change daily).

Sweet Baby Boy!!
All the hard work was worth it!

Proud Big Brother Kyle!
Kisses!

Lunch...

I just took these at lunch today, and I thought they were so cute. Audrey finished her lunch and managed to get it all over herself (she LOVES soup, any kind as long as it has texture to it) so that is why she had no clothes on, and Trevor is already growing out of the pants I just pulled out of storage for him so that is why he is pant less. Kyle (Brilee and Martins son, my nephew) is such a big helper with Audrey, so I think that she just assumed if she got close to him he would share his food with her. We have to laugh though because even at an early age she still thinks that she rules the house and all should obey her (we are going to have to let her know differently soon).
Also, just to update everyone, we are on the count down to meet Baby Bernal. Brilee's due date was the 5th so any day now, how exciting!! Kyle is going to be such a great big brother.

TO BIG TO FAST...

Our little girl is pulling herself up now. We are in big trouble!!!! We thought she was never going to sit up by herself, but about 2 1/2 weeks ago she just started doing it and now she is pulling herself up and standing on EVERYTHING! Even though this is our third child, the little milestones still amaze us everyday. They grow to fast!!

Daddy's and Daughters...

Audrey has been fighting naps lately, she thinks that they are highly overrated. Because she doesn't want to nap during the day by night she becomes quite cranky and tired.
These pictures were taking Friday night at dinner. Jeremy has always had this "Touch" with all three of the kids, I think that they must just feel really safe in his arms/hands because no matter what, he can always get them to sleep or calm them down. This was such a precious moment to watch. Audrey was setting in her chair eating dinner and she started to rub her eyes so Jeremy reached over and cupped her face in his hand (now, if I would have attempted this she would have had nothing to do with it) and stroked her face. You could see her start to give in and close her little eyes and next thing you know she was sound asleep. Now, we couldn't just let her sleep in her chair, not only was she dirty from dinner but Jeremy couldn't keep his hand on her face like that all night, so we tried to get her out as quietly as possible. She stayed asleep while getting her out but as soon as I picked her up she woke up, I guess I should of had Jeremy do that. It all worked out though because when she woke up we could quickly do bath and get into p.j.'s. and then Jeremy rocked her back to sleep.
Daddy's and Daughters, it is just the sweetest thing!!!!
