Update...

Trevor has gone three days and nights with only one accident , and I can honestly say it wasn't his fault. I don't really have to ask him anymore if he has to go, he tells me, yeah!!!

Our little Audrey, on the other hand, had a HARD transition, I think that she is finally starting to forget about the bottle, but she still asks for it every once and awhile.

SHOULD YOU BE DOING THAT.......

This is my reasoning for letting my laundry get behind! I was folding clothes and I could hear Audrey giggling, but I thought maybe by pure chance she was playing nicely with her brothers. That was my first mistake, like that would really happen, right? ( I say that as a question, please tell me this WILL someday happen:) Oh No, she has figured out how to get the guinea pigs cage open, and proceeded to introduce herself (as if Gilbert hasn't meet her numerous times before. I am pretty sure Gilbert probably doesn't have any hearing left, with all the shrills of excitement he hears on a daily basis from our little Audrey) buy "gently" tugging his ear. She is such a kind, sweet little girl, right.

Needless to say Gilbert is going to find a new place to have his home, because I keep having nightmares about Audrey pushing the cage off the table and me having a loose rodent in the house.

Little toy trains, little toy tracks.........

A little boy in "Heaven"This last weekend, with help from my mom, we took Braiden on a Mystery Date. We have done this before so he knew that he was going somewhere fun, he just didn't know where.

We took him to Thorp, where this man who is an avid Model Train person was having a small open house, he has spent the last 6 years building this layout, and I can't do it justice of how amazing it was. I looked so realistic, after talking to "Mr. Jim" (apparently Braiden is on first name basis with him) he still has another 6 years until it is close to being done. The detail was crazy, he had parts of the track that were scale replicas of the real track. Braiden wasn't shy at all, he wiggled himself right into the middle of the "engineers" and began the "Excuse Me???????Excuse Me??????" with lots of different questions, it was so cute. His dad got into it as well, he was telling me to take pictures of the underneath so that "IF" he wanted to do something like this on a smaller scale for Braiden he could. REALLY????
What a fun Mystery date for us to see his little face with that much joy.

Now we have to think of a fun date for Trevor, any ideas???

BIG NEWS AT THE WOLFENBARGER HOUSE.......

Trevor has gone 2 days in underwear, I ran out of diapers Friday Night and I decided that if I didn't buy diapers than it would force me to push potty training. Well, no matter how bad I wanted to have Trev be potty trained it had to be HIS decision and only his decision, so I told him, now please do not judge because if you knew him at all you would understand, that he was a baby because only babies wear diapers. That got him, hook line and sinker, he looked right at me and said "TREVOR NO BABY" and ran and got underwear and has since only had 2 accidents. My biggest help has actually been Braiden he is smart and I wish that I could take credit for thinking of this, but Braiden gets candy whenever Trev does for going potty so I don't even have to remind Trev to go to the bathroom, his brother is right there encouraging him to go so they can get candy.

Our other big news is, Audrey has gone 2 days without a bottle. I know, she is way to old to still have a bottle, I agree. When Braiden was a baby I totally had preconceived notions of ages things needed to happen and he did everything on that schedule. He was broke of the bottle almost to the day of his first birthday, but I think that with each additional child you find that as long as they are happy and not screaming, your thoughts of what is "important" change dramatically. Anyways, she hid the bottle yesterday, which I finally found last night in her closet in a box of diapers, so I felt this was one more "sign" that since we were already doing something kind of hard with Trevor we should kill two birds with one stone and do the bottle thing also. It has been a hard transition for her, but I am hopeful that we are on the downhill slide.

The Youngest Trouble Makers...

I got the privilege to watch Cruz on Friday, WHAT A CUTIE!!! I have a feeling that Audrey and Cruz are going to get into a lot of trouble as they get older. Audrey thought he was great, it was like a giant baby that she could shove crackers into his mouth, and because we have laminate floors she could drag him anywhere SHE wanted him to go. Poor kid, I think after a day of "hanging" with Audrey he was ready to see his mama. He played so hard that the last picture is of him sleeping, we had to go pick Braiden up from school and he feel asleep in the car, I even took the car seat out of the car (it is one of the big convertible leave in your car, car seat) and set it onto the counter and he slept through it all.

P.S Please note that these children almost 11 months apart and yet they are the same size!!!

The Mitten

(pause the music at the bottom)

Braiden preschool unit has been the Mitten, it is a really cute book about this lost mitten that is found by a bunch of animals and they all try to "snuggle" in to get out of the winter cold, and then at the end someone sneezes and they all get ejected out of the mitten. I don't do any justice to how cute the story is but I am trying to just give you a glimpse of the book so you understand the song, which is why I post this. He learned this song for the story and I couldn't resist posting it, I love when he starts to forget the words or distracted by the other kids.
