Cheyenne is coming, Cheyenne is coming....

These pictures were all taken the same day. The weather has been Crazy. One minute you think it is spring then the next it is back to acting like it is January.

We have had quite an eventful weekend. For all that don't know Braiden, he is a tad like his dad in the sense that if he wants or is excited about something he turns into a broken record and that is all he can think or talk about (o.k. he probably gets a little from me as well). But, we told him that we were finally moving Slider and Cheyenne to our house (our horse, and the pony my mom got for all the grandkids), and all weekend until they actually set foot on Wolfenbarger soil that was all he could/would talk about. He worked so hard with his dad and papaw to get the fences up, and to make sure they had food and water. There was a few frustrating moments because he was being a little too helpful, if you know what I mean. All in all the weekend was great, even though there was snow on the ground, I think in total the boys maybe spent a few hours inside. I love weekends like that!

Family Reunions

Smile, it's your Birthday!

Jake, had his birthday party at Grants. It was fun, the boys convinced anybody they could to let them set on their laps so they would be big enough to play the video games. At one time I walked into the room and Braiden was sitting on some middle school boys lap playing a game (don't worry Jeremy was in the same room the whole time).

Jamie was right, this picture is going to be on the blog. It is so cute. I met for the first time Jeremy's half sister from Montana, Missy. Jeremy's Grandma Lela passed away and the funeral was on Thursday in Olympia, so she was going to that and she and her four boys stayed a few nights in Ellensburg on their way. We all went to the funeral, and as weird as it may sound I actually had fun. I found out so much about Jeremy's other side of the family, and we had a lot of fun with Jeremy's sisters.

Easter...

Trevor's idea of Easter Egg hunting. He found one egg and ate the candy out of it and then he decided the other toys were more fun to play with.

Not the greatest picture, but I am trying to make sure that we have more pictures of me with the kids. Looking through our pictures I can't hardly find any with me in them. I guess that's what happens when I am always working the camera.

Audrey and Papaw.

She loves him, and I believe he kind of likes her too. I think that she already knows that he will give her anything her little heart desires!

Braiden looking for eggs. They are using there Halloween buckets, so Braiden keeps calling Easter egg hunting, trick or treating for eggs.

We had a Great Easter. We went to Amaw's and Papaw's house for brunch and a Easter Egg hunt. It is so fun to see the different personality's in the kids. Braiden and Trevor liked to find the eggs to a point, but they quickly found other toys to play with. While Jarrett and Tyce were professionals at finding the eggs, you could tell they had been practicing at home. Then there was Kyle who is so competitive in everything he does. He talked the talk to the others but he also walked the walk. He found a lot of the eggs.

We love having opportunities like this to get together as a large family and enjoy the fellowship and laughter that we get from each other and the kids. Trust me when you have 6 young kids together there is bound to be lots of laughter.

Giving vs. Receiving

Jeremy and I are trying to teach the kids the importance of showing Gods Love. Braiden has been working on the "fruits of the spirit" at church (Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control) and we thought what a great time to help the boys share these qualities with others. We wanted the boys to see how good it feels to give, rather than receive. So Braiden and I had a talk about nice things to do and we came to an agreement that he and Trevor would make cookies for our neighbors. So we did, and we put them in cute little baskets and walked them to five of our neighbors. He was so proud of himself and he loved to give them away. I think that the boys probably got more Joy out of giving them, than our neighbor did about receiving them. So I think our Lesson was a success.

Washing the Car..

The Boys helped their dad wash the cars on Saturday. It was a beautiful mourning, and they were so excited to be playing outside.

Hermits....

The boys have been really in to hats this past week. It could be that we have been stuck inside with sickness for so long, that they are a little bored and are trying to do anything to keep themselves entertained, but I don't know.

Channeling Superman.

The Wolfenbarger house is STILL fighting sickness, why? The kids are feeling better, but wouldn't you know that when they are better that means that mom and dad should get sick. Jeremy is doing a lot better now, he stayed home from work on Tuesday, and for all that know Jeremy this is not normal. I don't feel great, but someone has got to take care of the family,so my frame of mind is that I am not sick. We hope that we are all feeling better by this weekend, we don't have much planned except some outside projects and then the Easter festivities.

Ears, Ears, Ears

The weather has been so nice, we have been outside a lot. Braiden loves Trevor's 4-wheeler, he rides it more than Trevor. I think next year he will be ready for a little 50. We better keep our eyes out.

Jeremy and I were going to get groceries and told the kids to get in the car. We walked back into the garage to see Trevor thinking he would take Braiden and Audrey for a little spin.

Here is one of our many friends hanging out at our house. We have got three of them, the kids love to watch them and they get really close to the house.

Jeremy has been busy with wrestling practice and tournaments, this last week he was in Othello. He loves doing it and he adores the kids, but I think that we are ready to see him a little more. Other then that we have just been hanging out at home, we have been fighting one bug after another, all three of the kids have had runny noses and a cough. Friday I took Audrey in to the doctors and she had an ear infection, then on Saturday Braiden started to complain about his ear (can I say that it is so nice when the kids get to an age were they can tell you what hurts, instead of trying to guess). So I called our doctor, and I am convinced we have the best doctor ever, he opened the clinic just for us to look in Braiden's ear, and sure enough he had an ear infection as well (I kind of am glad he did, because I would have felt really bad if Dr. Larson saw us for just a cold). Trevor's tubes are doing their job because he normally is the one that has the infections, so yeah to that! Anyways Saturday after Braiden saw the doctor we had to wait around to get a prescription filled, so I got the grand idea to take the kids to the pet store because Braiden has been asking to go for a week and a half. After looking at all the animals Trevor was fascinated with the fish and Briaden is for sure a "piggy pig" a.k.a a Guinea pig needs to go home with him. I would like to see him talk his dad in to that, but you never know Braiden can be quite convincing at times. Then we went to downtown pharmacy, and I don't think that you have lived until you take three young kids into a very breakable store with lots of little things lining the shelf. Trevor thought for sure that he needed everything off the shelf at eye level. Our prescription wasn't filled yet, but it is amazing how fast it gets filled as soon as they see little monkeys come into the store, if we were in the back of the line I am sure we got moved to the front, just to get us out of there.

Anyways, I hope everyone is staying well, and hopfully we will be out of the sick spell soon.
